Hard Hat Developments LLC is a privately owned company, specializing in identifying properties for development of temporary workforce housing solutions.  We have seen the need for midterm rentals in our community, and we are actively working to fill that need through a variety of real estate offerings.  Hard Hat Developments seeks to be a responsible property owner who develops meaningful relationships with tenants, neighbors, and the community at large.  All of our rentals are 100% furnished, and we pride ourselves in offering a home away from home.
